Every part of it, using your numbers: overtime, uncovered routes, drivers replaced, vans down, kit lost, and the hours your managers spend on the rest. Then what’s left after our price — the same one you’d pay at checkout.

How this is worked out
Every row shows both sides: what it costs you now, and what’s left with DLCWorker. We don’t claim any of them goes to zero — covering a call-out still needs someone to say yes, and software doesn’t stop every driver from quitting.
Cash and time are counted separately. The cash half is money that doesn’t get spent. The time half is capacity — only money if you actually cut hours or skip a hire — and we won’t pretend it landed in your bank account.
The “by hand” minutes are the same estimates DLCWorker uses inside the product to record what it saved you, not numbers written for this page. Overtime is priced as the premium — the half-time on top — because those hours would mostly have been worked anyway.
We don’t count Amazon bonus money. Nobody can promise your scorecard will improve, and we’re not going to build a number on it. Once you’re running, the app keeps its own ledger of what it actually did — the real version of this page, from your own operation.
