DLCWorker is workforce-management software used by Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) companies to schedule and dispatch their delivery drivers. Text messages are sent only to the drivers and staff employed by a company that uses DLCWorker, and only after that person has added their own phone number to their account and opted in. We send operational messages about work — shift reminders, dispatch information, and account access. We never send marketing or promotional messages, and we never message anyone who is not an employee of a customer organization.
Consent is collected through a web form inside the DLCWorker application, at Profile → Personal Info. A driver signs in to their own account, enters their own mobile number, and ticks an unchecked-by-default consent box. Below is the exact control, reproduced here so it can be reviewed without an account. Consent is never assumed, never bundled with another agreement, and never collected by anyone other than the number's owner.
What a driver sees in their profile
Shown in its default state: unchecked. The driver must tick it themselves. Illustration only — this page does not collect any information.
Until that box is ticked, recurring messages are blocked in software, not just by policy. One exception exists: when an employer adds a new employee to their workforce account, a single account-invitation text containing the sign-in link may be sent, as part of the employment relationship. It carries the same opt-out instructions, and it is never sent to anyone who has previously replied STOP.
Frequency varies with the recipient's work schedule and is typically a few messages per week. Automated messages are capped per recipient per day, and back-to-back messages from different parts of the system are suppressed.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts immediately. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT work the same way. You may also untick the consent box in your profile at any time. Once you opt out, we send no further messages of any kind — including account and invitation messages — until you opt back in. To resume, reply START or re-tick the box in your profile.
